Break before last level. Got hit hard on trip 10 vs boat. Had A10cc raised and called from button. Flop 10,10, 7. Turn 4, river 9. He had 77. Down to 21250. One half level to go for the night.
Bad news from Mike: it's over- with 20 minutes left tonight (blinds at 200/400/50) and a stack of 24k, Mike had KK in late position. A player in front raised to 2,000. Mike raises to 6,300. The villain shoves his 26k into the middle. Mike insta-calls and is relieved to hear "do you have aces?" The villain shows QQ. Mike is 80/20 here but a Queen in the window ends his day. Just like that, it's over. Nice run Mikey, brutal finish - but nice run...
